Organisation > Offices

Manages office locations and details.

Offices stores your locations for multiple business locations. Depending on your project these may be displayed on the front end as a map, a directory or a combination. Office properties may also be listed within page templates.

Add an Office

Organisation > Offices

  1. Click Add Office
  2. Fill in the fields for the office, required fields are Address Line 1, Town/City
  3. To calculate the latitude and longitude of the office location click here
  4. Set enabled to on to publish the office
  5. Choose the site/section that the office relates to using the picker, or begin to type the start of the name to filter the results
  6. If applicable assign the office to one or more categories
  7. Click confirm to save

Edit an Office

Organisation > Offices

  1. Click the edit icon on the end of the row
  2. Edit fields as required
  3. Click confirm to save

Delete an Office

Organisation > Offices

  1. Click the delete icon on the end of the row
  2. Confirm deletion
