Organisation > Offices
Manages office locations and details.
Offices stores your locations for multiple business locations. Depending on your project these may be displayed on the front end as a map, a directory or a combination. Office properties may also be listed within page templates.
Add an Office
Organisation > Offices
- Click Add Office
- Fill in the fields for the office, required fields are Address Line 1, Town/City
- To calculate the latitude and longitude of the office location click here
- Set enabled to on to publish the office
- Choose the site/section that the office relates to using the picker, or begin to type the start of the name to filter the results
- If applicable assign the office to one or more categories
- Click confirm to save
Edit an Office
Organisation > Offices
- Click the edit icon on the end of the row
- Edit fields as required
- Click confirm to save
Delete an Office
Organisation > Offices
- Click the delete icon on the end of the row
- Confirm deletion
