Audits page content across a project to assist with categorisation and meta tagging.

The published content report lists all published content across all subsites. It can help to identify pages without categorisation, or meta tags within the project.

View Published Content

Reports > Published Content

The report returns the following data:

  • Title - e.g. news article: New Office Opens in Hammersmith, or content page: About Us
  • Content - type of content. Examples include:
    • Article - a news article or blog post
    • Content - a content page
    • Placeholder - a container for pages
    • Menu Placeholder - a container for pages used in a menu
  • Culture - language the content is written in
  • Categories - number of categories applied to the content
  • Meta Tags - number of meta tags applied to the content
  • Website - the subsite the content is organised into

Use filters to narrow results down by culture and by website.

Jump straight into editing the page by clicking the edit icon at the end of the row
