Staff
Organisation > Staff
Manages staff within offices.
Once one or more offices are populated (see offices) staff can be assigned to individual offices.
Add Staff Member
Organisation > Staff
- Click Add Staff Member
- Fill in the fields for the member of staff, required fields are First name, Last name
- Select which sites/sections the staff member belongs to
- Select applicable countries
- Finally select the office(s) the staff member is associated with
- Click confirm to save
Edit Staff Member
Organisation > Staff
- Click the edit icon on the end of the row
- Edit fields as required
- Click confirm to save
Delete Staff Member
Organisation > Staff
- Click the delete icon on the end of the row
- Confirm deletion
