Staff

Organisation > Staff

Manages staff within offices.

Once one or more offices are populated (see offices) staff can be assigned to individual offices.

  1. Add Staff Member
  2. Edit Staff Member
  3. Delete Staff Member

Add Staff Member

Organisation > Staff

  1. Click Add Staff Member
  2. Fill in the fields for the member of staff, required fields are First name, Last name
  3. Select which sites/sections the staff member belongs to
  4. Select applicable countries
  5. Finally select the office(s) the staff member is associated with
  6. Click confirm to save

Edit Staff Member

Organisation > Staff

  1. Click the edit icon on the end of the row
  2. Edit fields as required
  3. Click confirm to save

Delete Staff Member

Organisation > Staff

  1. Click the delete icon on the end of the row
  2. Confirm deletion
